Meiwa Industry, a company with 60 years history, is a globally renowned company specialized in pyrolysis technology research and application. Its technology has been developed through continuous collaboration among industry, government, and academia, working with prestigious research institutions and government agencies such as the University of Tokyo, Tokyo Institute of Technology, AIST (National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology), the Ministry of the Environment, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

ECO became a shareholder of Meiwa Industry in 2016, enabling Meiwa to provide comprehensive support for ECO’s technology R&D and innovation efforts, ensuring that the company’s pyrolysis technology remains at the forefront of international standards.
